Dysfunctional team

Have you had this signal while the people are looking at different directions?

These are the signals that the team is not effectively working together:

    • Talk about each other (mostly blaming) but not each other
    • No one feels empowered
    • No one takes responsibility
  • The strategy or future direction isn’t clear

These are the steps required to build a functional team following the Maslow’s theory:
